The Beauty Bank is our membership for patients who want to care for their skin consistently rather than occasionally. Each month, your $99 is deposited into your personal Beauty Bank account as credit — real money you can spend on any treatment or product we offer. And every time you come in, you pay member pricing.
It is not a fee. It is your money, set aside and working for you.
How It Works
1. Your $99 is banked, not spent. Each month, $99 is charged to the card on file and deposited straight into your Beauty Bank account as credit.
2. Your credit builds until you are ready. Use it on anything — neurotoxin, filler, facials, laser, wellness, skincare. There is no use-it-or-lose-it window while your membership is active.
3. You pay member pricing at every visit. $2 off every unit of neurotoxin, 10% off treatments, up to 20% off pre-paid packages, and 15% off all in-office skincare. Your discounts apply on top of your banked credit.
4. Your birthday is on us. One complimentary Signature Hydrafacial each year, redeemable during your birthday month — a $199 value.
Most members recoup the monthly fee in a single appointment.If you treat with us even a few times a year, your credit comes back to you in full and your member pricing puts you ahead.

Is the $99 a fee, or is it my money?
It is your money. Every $99 charge is banked to your personal Beauty Bank account as credit and can be spent on any service or retail product we offer.
What if I do not come in very often?
That is exactly why the credit format works. Your balance simply accumulates until you are ready to use it — there is no expiration while your membership is active, and no pressure to book before you want to.
Can I use my credit on anything?
Yes. Neurotoxin, filler, facials, laser, microneedling, wellness treatments, IV therapy and skincare are all eligible. Your member discounts apply on top of your credit.
Do my discounts stack with promotions?
Member pricing does not combine with promotional or event pricing. You will always receive whichever price is better for you.
How long is the membership?
The initial term is twelve months and renews automatically for another twelve-month term unless you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Email BeyondBeautyMedspaWC@gmail.com at least 30 days before the end of your current term. Membership ends at the close of that term, and any credit you have already banked stays yours to use.
What if I need to cancel mid-term?
Ending your membership before the end of a term carries a $250 early termination fee, and re-enrollment is not available for twelve months from that date.
Do I lose my credit if I cancel?
No. Any funds already accumulated in your Beauty Bank remain available to you after your membership ends.
Can I share my membership or credit?
Beauty Bank membership and credit are personal to you and cannot be transferred or shared.
What payment methods can I use?
A physical credit or debit card, or a card saved on file. Apple Pay, Google Pay and gift cards cannot be applied to the monthly membership charge.
How do I update my card?
Call us at (925) 915-5153 any time and we will update it for you. Keeping a valid card on file keeps your membership active.
